Return & Refund Policy

Once purchased, goods cannot be refunded, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

1. Damaged - The product is damaged in delivery
2. Defective - The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
3. Incorrect/wrong item - Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong color or wrong model)

To return:

1. Must be return the goods to us within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Any return of goods after the 7 days period will not be entertained.
2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals) and free gifts received with it (if included).
3. The product must not have been used.

We do not accept goods returned for the following reasons:

1. Defective product caused by the customer’s own rough handling after receipt of the product.
2. Used product are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Customer is advised to check the product and make sure it is in good condition before using.
3. Customer chose the wrong size or is unhappy with the design, style, quality, colour or pattern of the product. We urge you to check the measurement charts for the correct size or design before ordering.

For parcel that return back to us due to unclaimed from customer, customer need to bear the parcel re-send postage.
